International Shipping:

  • We offer shipping through trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or Asendia. 
  • We provide full door-to-door tracking for Standard International (please see rates at checkout) shipments to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vietnam
  • NOTE: Standard International shipping to the Philippines is not eligible for full door-to-door tracking.
    That means:

- Once Asendia hands your package to the Philippine postal service, tracking updates will stop.

- Tracking only works until that border handoff point.

- Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks (longer if held in customs).

  • We also offer Worldwide Expedited shipping for a flat rate of $40 which takes about 2-7 days. Includes full door‑to‑door tracking from pickup to delivery for all countries

Customs & Import Duties:

  • We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delivery delays caused by customs inspections or holds in your country.
    These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

PLEASE NOTE:

- Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

- FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for ALL return and re-shipping costs.

- As we are a small business, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover handling and processing costs.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE:

- Avoid using any self tanner, oil-based lotions or perfumes, excessive body glitter, or any other transferable products. Stained garments will not be accepted for return.

- Be mindful of jewelry that can snag or tear the fabric. Torn fabric will not be accepted for return.

- Avoid deodorant stain and bodily stains in garments, specifically swim bottoms.

- All tags must be present and intact, especially the hygiene stickers in swim bottoms

- All garments must be unworn and in their original condition

- Return orders must be fulfilled within 14 days of the date of delivery

PROCESS:

 - To return an order, reach out to returns@casseakini.shop with the relevant shipping service, tracking number, and order number

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Upon arrival to our facilities, returns may take 5-7 business days to be inspected and processed

- When returning items, please be mindful of packaging the item secure and away from any tape or package adhesives

- Any damaged items that do not pass inspection upon return to our warehouse will be returned to sender and will not be eligible for full refunds or exchanges

-  Please package item in original box along with original cassea kini ziploc bags 

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
